Dr. Danielle Brenza
Dr. Danielle Brenza’s goal is to maintain ageless beauty with a gentle, conservative, yet comprehensive approach. She has been named Best Physician for Women and Top Doctor in South Jersey, consecutively since 2012. Dr. Brenza is a Diamond Status injector of Allergan Botox and Filler products and is the top 1% in the nation for Botox and Dermal Filler. Her office is in the top 5 locations in New Jersey and top 1% nationally. What this means for our patients is that they receive exceptional results from a doctor with the highest level of expertise.
After earning her degree from UNDNJ in 1998, Dr. Brenza completed her internship and one year residency in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. She then went on to complete her residency in General Medicine. Following her residency, she continued to study anti-aging medicine and traveled to the west coast to learn the latest advances in aesthetic medicine.
Aesthetic Medicine is constantly evolving, Dr. Brenza remains a master in her field by continuously educating herself on the latest techniques and procedures. She uses state-of-the art equipment, for treatments and procedures, to safely and effectively deliver results with little to no downtime.

Kim joined Ageless Skin and Lasers with over 10 years of experience in management and marketing in the aesthetic industry. Her number one focus is on client satisfaction and the absolute best service in the medical spa business. In addition to managing the spa, Kim educates clients on anti-aging technology while striving to bring out what is unique in each client. Kim would love to meet with you today for an aesthetic education consultation and address your primary concerns. With extensive assessment experience behind sun damage, platelet rich plasma, laser resurfacing, medical facials, skin care, laser hair removal and cosmetic injections. She takes pride in personal attention with her clients to help them attain the results they aspire with the innovative technology that Ageless Skin and Lasers offers. Outside the medspa world, Kim practices what she preaches when it comes to healthy living and loves keeping active through strength training and cardio classes. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family in Ocean City, NJ.

Madison has been in the healthcare field for over 7 years and has a diverse clinical background. She worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for the past 4 years and has spent the last 3 years in the field of facial aesthetics learning and evolving everyday! Madison has always loved the field of facial aesthetics and skincare treatments. Her friendly, outgoing demeanor will make you feel comfortable immediately. She will work closely with each client to individualize a treatment plan ensuring that the results are both natural and beautiful. Her extensive understanding of facial anatomy, the safety and science of injectables combined with her artistic eye and expertise will ensure you will look natural, beautiful and feel confident. Madison is seeing patients for Botox, dermal filler, sculptra, microneedling, laser treatments and EmSculpt.
Barbara Pakela, LME

Barbara is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician that specializes in the latest fat reduction technology, Coolsculpting. She also provides many other services including micro-needling, cellulite reduction, skin tightening, skin peels, and specialized facial treatments. Barbara received her aesthetic degree in 2010 from New Jersey’s premier beauty school, PB Cosmetology Center and joined the Ageless team in 2014. She later furthered her education to become a Coolsculpting Certified Specialist at the Coolsculpting University in Pleasanton, California. Barbara prides herself in always setting realistic expectations for her patients and always putting their comfort and needs first. She is extremely welcoming and compassionate… it is her goal to make everyone feel at home here at Ageless.
Francesca Centrone, LME

Francesca is a licensed medical esthetician who specializes in facial treatments, chemical peels, Hydrafacials and microneedling at Ageless. She received her Esthetics degree from Robert Fiance Beauty Schools in 2020 and became a Hydrafacial Master on March 1, 2023. She has had a passion for makeup artistry and skin care for as long as she can remember! She loves helping people feel their most beautiful through the power of skin care and newest facial technology. Aside from being certified in facial treatments, Francesca is also a certified wax specialist specializing in eye brow shaping and tinting here at Ageless. Francesca’s main goal is to make you leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed.
Taryn Tullini

Taryn joined Ageless in August of 2020. Her background is in Clinical and Administrative Medical Assisting with experience in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. Patient care is her favorite part and she strives to make patient’s feel at ease and comfortable during their treatments. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and going to the beach in the summer.
